Course Content

Intro to primal eating
In this program we will first learn about the primal way of life. Why to follow it and how. We will work on mindset and implement everything in small step for big changes. How deep or strict you want to be is up to you. Some people like to just dabble at first which is great. I personally feel when you go at things too hard at first you can sometimes set yourself up for failure or burnout. Slow and steady wins the race.
